Campus Copier Program Copy Paper

News 09/27/2012: We are sorry to report that due to some changes made to the way that the new Office Max punch-out catalog is hosted on UCDBuy, this quick order page no longer works. We will be looking into the best method of handling these orders in the future, but until then please follow the basic directions below:

Instructions for ordering paper through Office Max punch out:

  1. Click the "Office Max Supplies" link under Shop Vendor Sites (Punch-out) on the left side of the UCDBuy page
  2. Click "Create New Office Product Order" under the Shopping menu
  3. To order standard 30% recycled 8.5x11 white paper, enter in product code "P1054901"
  4. Enter the required number of reams in the qty box (10 reams per carton)
  5. Click the "Add to Cart" button
  6. Click the "Checkout" button, which will return you to the UCDBuy interface and prompt you that accounting information is missing
  7. Click the "Change" button next to the paper item in your UCDBuy cart, and enter in COA "3" and Account# "9966191"
  8. Click the "Change This Item" button, and when back at the UCDBuy cart screen you can click "Place Order"
