RG Copier Program
Open to academic and administrative departments, the RG Copier Program offers many advantages, such as:
- Convenience of a copy card and monthly billing
- Accounts can be opened at no charge
- Access to more than 300 copiers throughtout the UCD Campus
- Copier/digital printers, allowing networked desktop printing as well as traditional copying
By assessing your past copying volumes, determining the features you most frequently use, and the office space you have available, a Copier Program Representative can provide your department with the machine that will save your unit time, money and human resources. There is no fee up front when you join the program. The program is flexible enabling copy cards within your department to be assigned and reassigned as needed. The RG Copier Program includes toner, paper, fuser oil, developer and staples which are replenished as inventory is used and we handle the technical support, too.
