Effective June 1, 2026 – CCP rate adjustment
After nearly three years since the last adjustment, Repro Graphics has submitted and completed the process for a program wide simplified rate structure. The new structure will now include a monthly machine charge which covers the cost of the machine plus usage charges which covers the cost of toner, staples, maintenance and support at the same black and color click rate program wide. Many of our machines already are on the rate structure. To streamline the process and provide an efficiency improvement throughout the University, paper will no longer be included. The change of paper being the responsibility of the department has been factored into our new usage rates.
Approved Monthly Machine Charge
- Canon Image Runner C259if/Image Force C331F = $50 per month
- Canon Image Runner C3926i/C3935i = $85 per month
- Canon Image Runner C5840i/C5850i/C5860i/Image Force C5140 = $100 per month
- All other models (Legacy) = $30 per month
Approved Usage Rates – All machines
- Black = 5.7 cents per copy
- Color = 10.1 cents per copy
Obtaining a copier does not get any easier than this!
Imagine the convenience of having a copier and networked printer in your office, while avoiding the significant capital outlay required to purchase. With close to 550 machines in our program, as your needs change, we can change with you. Upgrade or downgrade, only pay the difference in monthly machine charge. Need to return, will we take it back no questions asked. We only place Color Canon equipment, cost between black only and color is minimal and it provides flexibility in the event we need to redeploy. Do not need or want color to be available selectively, we can lock out the color feature. Need fax capabilities, tier 1 standard and the others on request.
Toner, staples, maintenance and support are included in the usage charges. And the monthly charges are seamless through recharge at the end of each month.
We have a dedicated team member to handle requests for Toner & staples, fulfilled in usually 1 day or less. Trouble, our staff will evaluate and attempt to resolve the issue. If not, we will engage our service partner Ubeo Business Services who knows our fleet, locations and with our size, the primary Tech’s are nearby and able to respond quickly.

Lead time on tier 3 & 4 is about 3 weeks as they need to be ordered.
