Request toner and staples by sending an email to [email protected] ("Toner/Staples" in the subject line), be sure to include the machine ID which is located on the Repro Graphics label located on the front of the machine. Let us know what you need and we will pull from our stock of supplies in our West Sacramento warehouse and deliver usually next day or sooner.

 

Request Maintenance

Request maintenance by sending an email to [email protected] ("Maintenance" in the subject line), be sure to include the machine ID which is located on the Repro Graphics label located on the front of the machine.  Please be as specific as possible including any error codes.  Our internal staff will triage the request and if we cannot resolve, will place a service call with our support partner, Ubeo Business Services.
